How’s your back feeling? I’ve been spending too much time at my desk or in my car lately and my back is less than thrilled. Yesterday during yoga my lower back finally revolted. It tensed up and sent intense pain throughout my entire body. So much for a relaxing and restorative Savasana! I listened to my body and showed my back some yoga love by indulging in my favorite poses for relieving back pain.
