I’m trying something new on the blog this week and highlighting all of the amazing posts, lectures, quotes, tweets, and vlogs I’ve been obsessing over this week for you!

Weekly Wellness Wrap-up

Quote I keep going back to – thank you to Robyn Youkilis for cracking me open by reading this to me!

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, ‘Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?’ Actually, who are you not to be?” ― Marianne Williamson, Return to Love: Reflections on the Principles of “A Course in Miracles”

I participated in an amazing virtual conference this week: The Pleasure Advantage and heard inspirational interviews with Kate Northrup, Sheila Kelley, Dr. Sara Gottfried, Lisa Schrader, and Danielle LaPorte.  One favorite takeaway came from Danielle LaPorte when she was discussing how to be the Goddess of Getting S*** Done.

I learned Robyn Youkilis’ 123 Food Freedom tool during her free tele-class last night.  It is a simple and totally practical tool for slowing down while eating and putting the fork down when you are full (and actually knowing when you are full!).  Luckily for you Robyn’s lecture was so popular that she is offering it again this Sunday at 11am.  Sign up for FREE at: http://www.therockstarroadmap.com/call/ and don’t miss out on the 123 Food Freedom tool!

I’ve been obsessing over Emily Levenson‘s refrigerator oats this week.  You’ve got to try the pumpkin chia recipe!  It takes less than 5 minute to prepare and you have a delicious, filling, and nutritious breakfast waiting for you in the morning.

I always look forward to opening my email in the morning and reading The Daily Love.  There was a great post this week about focusing on how loving you are instead of wearing the right yoga clothes, drinking the trendy green juice, and calling yourself spiritual.  It was a great reminder of what really counts: love.  It can be easy to let your light be lit by all of the outside “stuff” and not by living your truth and letting love shine.

“No amount of stuff can replace not feeling your feelings. No amount of spiritual garb will make you loving.  It’s a choice, in each and every moment, to stretch beyond what you thought was possible and dive deep into the priceless and vulnerable space of your own heart.” ― Mastin Kipp, The Daily Love

As you start your weekend remember…
