I participated in an amazing virtual conference this week: The Pleasure Advantage and heard inspirational interviews with Kate Northrup, Sheila Kelley, Dr. Sara Gottfried, Lisa Schrader, and Danielle LaPorte. One favorite takeaway came from Danielle LaPorte when she was discussing how to be the Goddess of Getting S*** Done.

I always look forward to opening my email in the morning and reading The Daily Love. There was a great post this week about focusing on how loving you are instead of wearing the right yoga clothes, drinking the trendy green juice, and calling yourself spiritual. It was a great reminder of what really counts: love. It can be easy to let your light be lit by all of the outside “stuff” and not by living your truth and letting love shine.
