Weekly Wellness Wrap-up

It’s been another inspirational week and I have some great resources for you!

You can set an intention for the day during your morning yoga or meditation practice.  You can spend a few minutes connected to your breath with your morning tea and think about how to want to feel during the day and envision reaching your goals.
