I’m obsessed greensmoothiewith smoothies and drink one every morning.  It’s such a great way to get more greens in your diet and makes the perfect breakfast on the go.  Sometimes I follow a recipe but most of the time I just toss in fruit and veggies and blend away.  Here are some of my favorite recipes:

Crazy Sexy Goodness Smoothie

Serves 2

1 avocado
1 banana
1 cup blueberries
1 cucumber
A fistful of kale or romaine or spinach
Coconut water
Stevia, to taste, and/or a sprinkle of cinnamon or some cacao (optional)

Strawberry Fields Smoothie (My favorite!)

Serves 2

3 cups cashew or nondairy milk of your choice
2 cups fresh strawberries
1 tablespoon lemon zest
1 small orange, peeled
1 banana
1 ½ cups spinach

Peach Smoothie
Serves 2

1 ½ – 2 cups almond milk
1 cup frozen peaches
1 banana
Flaxseed oil (I use 1/2 – 1 teaspoon)
1 tablespoon raw cacao
1 fistful of spinach or kale
Sprinkle of cinnamon

Coffee Smoothie
Serves 2

1 Svelte® cappuccino shake
1 cup fresh strawberries
1 banana
1 cup spinach
