I’ll never lose the weight.  Bloated is the new normal.  I must just have bad skin.  My stomach hurts.  I can’t eat that.  I shouldn’t eat that.  Why did I eat that?  I have zero energy.  I can’t sleep.

Sound familiar?  Does it ever!  There used to be a time in my life (for most of my life, actually) when feeling bloated, tired, and in pain was my normal.  And, sadly, I believed that this was all there was for me.  And then the most divine thing happened to me.  I stumbled upon a blog post over the summer about a virtual vacation that ended up changing my life.  I immediately related to this post and did some digging about it’s author – Robyn Youkilis.  I felt connected to Robyn even before our first conversation.  My breakthrough session with Robyn rocked my world.  She got me – I felt completely supported and understood, her insights were invaluable, and she helped me accept that there was a better way to live and that I deserved to feel great.  Robyn has been my health coach and friend since that moment and she has helped me literally take my life apart and put it back together the Your Healthiest You way.  And in the process, I became a total rockstar!

I can conquer cravings, restaurants, and the office snack drawer with ease.  I no longer wake up and long to go back to bed.  Robyn taught me that being healthy and happy is about a series of small actions that lead up to radical change.  I finally (30+ years later!) realized that feeling sick was NOT normal.  And feeling great was so much easier than I ever imagined.

To celebrate the launch of The Rockstar Roadmap, Robyn shared one of her favorite salad recipes with us!  This is just one of MANY great recipes that Robyn shares with her rockstars.


The World’s Most Craveable Salad


  • 2 cups cooked quinoa or 2 cups light leafy greens like bibb lettuce
  • 1 daikon radish, grated
  • 2-4 carrots, grated
  • ½ -1 cup micro greens
  • 1/2 bunch mint leaves, roughly chopped or torn (the best part!)
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • Handful of raw sunflower seeds
  • Juice of 1 lemon, preferably Meyer
  • Drizzle of olive oil
  • Sea salt and pepper to taste
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper


  • Combine all ingredients and serve!
