Setting your 2017 intentions

Do yourself a favor and just say no to resolutions this year. Don’t set yourself up to fail. Or feel guilty. Or restrict. Or stress. Set yourself up to feel your best. To do your best. To live. To love. To feel joyful. Focus on how you want to feel in 2017. On what worked in 2016 and how you can build on that. Make happiness your goal. Allow instead of forcing.
