Who doesn’t LOVE free stuff?
I’m taking advantage of free yoga classes this month. Last weekend I attended a free class at my local the Athleta store. It was fun to get out of my yoga comfort zone and hit the mat in the mall. The instructor, Whitney Olson, was fantastic. I pushed myself to go deeper into poses and left feeling great. (The free Hint and coconut waters didn’t hurt!) I’m planning to attend the remaining free classes this month.
Can’t make it to class? YogaGlo is offering three free online classes during September. I’m combining the Vinyasa level one in the morning with the Hatha class at night for a perfect yoga filled day.

I’m pushing myself to try new yoga DVDs during September. My go-to video is definitely Body by Bethenny with Bethenny Frankel and Kristin McGee. I can move through the entire sequence without looking at the screen. I recently raided Amazon and added to my yoga library and now is the time to give them a try. This month I’m trying: Element: AM & PM for Beginners with Elena Brower, Element: Power Yoga with Ashley Turner, and (inspired by Gabby Bernstein) Kundalini with Gurmukh.
