The Blue Banana (a point for you if you know the Pretty Woman reference)
1 cup frozen organic blueberries
1 banana
1-2 handfuls organic spinach or kale
¼ cup organic plain Greek yogurt (I use Trader Joe’s Organic Greek Style Nonfat Yogurt)
1-2 cups coconut water (you can also use regular water)
Optional mix-ins: 1 tablespoon of raw cacao, slivered almonds or  nut butter
Ice (optional)

Vacation in a glass
1 cup fresh pineapple
1 banana
1-2 handfuls organic spinach
¼ cup organic plain Greek yogurt (I use Trader Joe’s Organic Greek Style Nonfat Yogurt)
1-2 cups coconut water (you can also use regular water but the coconut water is so good in this recipe)
Ice
Sprinkle with cinnamon

Berry Blast
½ cup organic blueberries (fresh or frozen)
½ cup organic strawberries (fresh)
½ cup organic raspberries or blackberries (I prefer fresh in a smoothie)
1-2 cups organic unsweetened almond milk
1-2 handfuls organic spinach or kale
Ice
