Hi, I’m Stephanie. I’ll be your guide in this 5-day challenge. I’m a holistic health coach + meditation teacher. I merge spiritual principles with practical wellness strategies to help women lose emotional weight [ie: perfectionism + self-doubt], gain healthy habits [ie: meditation + self-care] + set themselves free. I studied holistic health + dietary theory at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition + trained with Gabrielle Bernstein.
