It’s Holiday Gift Guide time! I absolutely love preparing my annual holiday gift guide.
This year I’ve selected ten of my favorite items. I personally use and LOVE all of these selections and know the person on your holiday shopping list will too. [Even if that person is YOU!]
Spirited Well-being Holiday Gift Guide
This deck from Gabby Bernstein and illustrated by Micaela Ezra is my favorite card deck. The cards are beyond gorgeous and the messages are inspired by Gabby’s #1 New York Times best-selling book. I love to pull a card each morning.
2 // Lumo Diffuser
This is my favorite diffuser. It has a 10-hour cycle and looks great on my nightstand. I diffuse essential oils throughout the night to support restful sleep. Order the Lumo diffuser here.
I have salt lamps at my desk in the office, by my bed and in the living room. They emit a soft, pink glow and I find them so grounding and relaxing. They purify the air, work to neutralize electromagnetic radiation (keep one next to your computer or television!) and help reduce static electricity which is great during the colder months.
Good Medicine Beauty Lab had me at the name Spirited Detox! Here is how they describe it:
The spirited facial treatment combines the purifying powers of activated charcoal and bentonite clay to bind with excess oil and dirt pulling it from your pores, effectively deep cleaning and brightening your skin.
This gorgeous antioxidant-rich miracle masque is different than anything you’ve ever seen. It activates on contact with water, bursting with delightful bubbles to release powerful nutrients into your skin. This joyful action delivers a healthy dose of vitamin C and A from organic tomato powder to combat and prevent acne. Spirulina, which is super seaweed skin food, transforms problem skin into healthy, glowing skin.

5 // Desire Map Planner
How amazing is this new Beyoncé mug? I love them all but this one is on my personal holiday wish list.
I am obsessed with everything in Kimothy Joy’s shop. I have several of the prints and can’t wait for her book. This tote is definitely one of my favorite and I love that 20% of the purchase goes to Emily’s List.
Created with the help of Elena Brower, (doTERRA Blue Diamond, author of Art of Attention, and creator of Teach.yoga), the collection consists of three 5 mL blends called Arise, Anchor, and Align. With these blends, the beginner as well as the seasoned yogi will enjoy using each distinct blend in their practice. Each blend is carefully designed with a unique combination of essential oils to provide different scents and benefits.
I love using these oils in the diffuser, before my yoga practice and during meditation. Order them here.
Glennon Doyle had these amazing limited edition prints created for her holiday gift guide. I’ve already ordered a few and can’t wait to hang them up in my meditation space and office.
I stock up on Hu Kitchen chocolate every single time that I’m in NYC. It’s delicious and free from all of the junk including refined sugar (it’s sweetened with coconut sugar) and soy. I love this holiday gift pack that they’ve created and I would be a happy girl if I found this under my Christmas tree.
