I have a new go-to green smoothie with one of my favorite foods…avocado! I know, I know…avocado in a smoothie?! Trust me – it is delicious!
- 2 cups organic spinach
- 1/2 – 1 avocado (start with 1/2 if you are new to avocado in smoothies)
- 1 banana
- 1/2 – 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 tablespoon raw cacao powder
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Blend and enjoy!
