I truly believe that gratitude is the attitude. This has been a transitional year for me and I’ve been more thankful than ever. This year I’m grateful for:
I’m so thankful for Andrew’s unconditional love, support, and encouragement.
I rescued Scout six years ago and haven’t looked back! He truly opened my heart with his puppy kisses and tail-wags.
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again…these women are the best. The. Best.
“Having a place to go – is a home. Having someone to love – is a family. Having both – is a blessing.” ~Donna Hedges
I am so grateful for Gabrielle Bernstein and Robyn Youkilis. They have taught me radical self-forgiveness and to step fully into the healthiest and happiest version of myself.
One minute of meditation a day can change your life. Trust me.
I never met a workout I liked…until I got on the mat. Yoga has calmed my mind, transformed my body, and grounded me.
I’ve wanted to start a blog for years but was too nervous. Thanks to Andrew’s encouragement, I finally sat down in May and started writing. I’m so happy to share the blogosphere with you and hope my posts inspire!
