Kirylych, Stephanie-1I spent the first 30 years of my life struggling. I was afraid, sick, overwhelmed, and eventually numb. I couldn’t understand why I was so unhappy and felt completely alone in it. Life seemed so easy for everyone else. So I learned to pretend – pretend to be happy, pretend to be comfortable in my skin, pretend to feel healthy. I was paralyzed by fear and the need to be perfect. I felt sick all of the time. I spent almost every night curled up in a ball on the couch, exhausted, and in so much pain. And I truly believed that this was going to be my forever reality.

I’ve rebuilt my life from the ground up. I’ve dug deep to find my happy place. I am the happiest, healthiest, and most alive that I have ever been and it’s my honor and my mission to help others feel the same. 

Life doesn’t have to be so hard. You can feel comfortable in your own skin. You can know that you are enough.
