Blueberry Cream Smoothie

  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 large handfuls organic baby spinach
  • 1.5 cups frozen wild blueberries
  • 2-3 tablespoons coconut cream
  • 1 banana (if frozen, use less blueberries)
  • 3 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 2 tablespoons cacao powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Add all ingredients to your blender (adding the almond milk, banana, and spinach first) and blend until smooth.  This recipe will make two smoothies.  I top my smoothie with bee pollen and also add probiotics powder, l-glutamine, and gelatin.
