The cool fall (almost winter here in New England) temperatures are here and I don’t know about you but I am obsessed with apples!

When you need a healthy and filling snack – an apple is a perfect choice.  It is naturally sweet, crunchy, and a good source of fiber to fill you up.  My favorite snack is an apple bowl.

1 organic apple (cut into cubes)
1-2 tablespoons of almond butter
Sprinkle with unsweetened coconut and cinnamon

This is so simple and so satisfying.

Cold?  Warm up by sautéing the apples in grass-fed butter or coconut oil before mixing in the other ingredients.
